I would place hurk one tier high because i struggle a lot to outdps them.

Lynn blute is very strong but i would not place her at s tier. You can also change appearance of your character. Every character is in a solid spot in party content with only a few outliers. In the end just play the character you like the mostfits your individual play style and try to be the best with said character because in the end vindictus is about player skill not character skill.
